Leading Skills Development and Innovative Foundation is newly registered Non Profit Organisation under Section 25A of Companies Act 1956 with the aim that individuals and businesses are supported by a skills and learning system that helps them to reach their potential in contributing to sustainable economic growth. We work in area to impart skill based education to students, providing quality training to youths in the field of their interest, and up gradation of skills for employed people in line with the market trends. Our organisation believes in promoting creativity and innovation thus empowering all sections of society. We will give special focus on rural development in terms and education, empowerment and employment that lag behind in the society in the lag of proper opportunities. We aim at creating future entrepreneurs and leaders who can create jobs and not become job seekers. "For that, one needs to innovate by seeking new knowledge, upgrading skills and not accepting conventional method.

Our company aims to set unique standard in field of skill development and promoting innovative ideas. We wish to make a change from the root level with reference to education system and create skilled youths so that in any case they do not remain unemployed.

Mangal Singh,founder of the organisation has long working experience in the corporates and has dealt with various people which initially gave him the idea of importance of skill development in all sectors for growth.



Professionally, he is an academician, a teacher of Motivation & He providing skilled manpower in different sectors with varying levels of expertise.

Focus Area:-

SDC at Schools and College level:-

Students learn and make their foundation for their future at school and college level and so it becomes necessary that whatever they learn, they know how to make best use of it. In this competitive world, students are required to strengthen their skills so that they don’t have to face any problem in securing bright futures. So we would form Skill Development Council at school and college level to polish their skills and hobbies.

Proper training for the Job Enhancement:-

In job, individual needs to upgrade its skill continuously and work for constant self development, in order to grow and sustain in this competitive and global economy. We wish to provide platform for the employees at all levels to develop their skills as required by the market and besides that, to be a part of their community in the Form of CSR and other initiatives.


Helping individuals to develop entrepreneurial skills:-

We help empowering people by bringing and developing their inbuilt skill and encourage students and youths to focus on ongoing trends in an innovative way, so that they can become entrepreneurs. Exclusive Training Programmes and workshops to enhance skills and learning systems in individuals to get prepared for self employment and business at local level at both rural and urban.

Corporate Collaboration for linkage between Education and Training:-

Collaborating with corporate and organisation for the formal and practical training and launching Job oriented courses in accordance with industry needs at school and college level. Enabling compulsory practical training in companies to learn working culture and using theoretical knowledge in market. For that we would tie up with companies in all sectors so that one can take training in field of interest.

Access to Technology

Much of the population do not have access to technology. We have reached far in terms of technology that the world seems to be small but still a large section of population is not even aware of it. We aim to ensure that every person is aware of technology such as computer; internet, mobiles etc so that they can use it effectively in their self interest and do not have to always rely on others for the help. Also this would help in generating new jobs in rural areas.

Proper Counselling:-

Provide proper counselling to youths for achieving desired employment based on their aptitude and skills.
